Use the UPS integration to retrieve the latest shipment status for a UPS shipment or parcel using its tracking ID.
Run workflows when a new tracking ID is added to some other system or gather up multiple tracking IDs with a scheduled workflow and update your business systems with the latest shipment status automatically.
Register the Integration
To use the UPS integration, you need to authenticate with your UPS account.
On the Integrations page in Bridge, find the UPS logo and click on it. In the pop-up, select Continue.
In the next tab, enter your UPS Username, Password and Access Key. The Access Key can be requested from within your UPS account.
Select Connect and close the pop-up.
