Build a skilled team

In People view, you can group or filter resources according to their skills. You can also save the filter view to easily access and modify it.

Before you begin

Before you can build a skilled team in People view, first add this as a People custom field. Adding a custom field for skills helps you easily find team members when you assign and reassign work to them.

To filter the People view by skills and save the filter view

  1. In the Skills section, select a skill(s).
    • In this example, you’re building a team with skills relevant to instructional design or e-learning.
