DataMesh は Smartsheet Gov または Smartsheet リージョン EU で使用できますか？

自分のアカウントで購入した DataMesh は、誰が使用できますか？
お客様のアカウントで DataMesh を使用できる場合、既定では、すべてのライセンス ユーザーが datamesh.smartsheet.com にログインしてワークフローを作成できます。DataMesh は、ユーザーが datamesh.smartsheet.com に最初にログインするまで起動ツールに表示されます。システム管理者は、ユーザー管理センターで、DataMesh やその他のプレミアム アプリへのアクセスを制限できます。
DataMesh を使用することは、VLOOKUP または INDEX/MATCH 数式を使用することと、どのように違いますか？
VLOOKUP と INDEX/MATCH は、2 つのシート間で数式のルックアップを使用して、リンクされた値を作成するときに使用できます。これにより、Smartsheet 内でセル リンクの制限が発生したり、シートのパフォーマンスが影響を受けたりします。
一方、DataMesh では数式を作成する必要はなく、[Copy Data (データのコピー)] オプションや [Copy and Add Data (データのコピーと追加)] オプションによって、シート上でセル リンクの制限が発生することはありません。
また、[Copy and Add Data (データのコピーと追加)] を使用して、Smartsheet の別のシートに新しい値を追加することもできます。これを VLOOKUP や INDEX/MATCH で行うことはできません。
サポートが必要な場合に利用できるリソースはありますか？
DataMesh の既知の制限としては、どのようなものがありますか？
すべての Smartsheet の制限が、DataMesh を使用しているときにも適用されます。現時点でシートがサポートしているのは 2 万行および 400 列です (DataMesh がサポートするのは最大 190 個までのマッピングされた列です)。どのシートでも最大 50 万セルをサポートしており、それぞれのセルが最大 4,000 文字をサポートしています。
2 万行を超えるデータセットを使ってメッシュしたい場合は、最大 200 万行をサポートする DataTable を検討してください。
If columns are renamed after workflow configuration is set up, will the columns need to be remapped?
Yes, columns will need to be remapped if they are renamed.
Can you use a report as a source?
You can use a row report but not a sheet summary report as a source. It will allow you to select the sheet summary as a source, but you will not be able to map the fields and the workflow config will show the error: Something went wrong. Please try again later. If the issue persists, you can contact support.
Can individuals transfer DataMesh workflows?
Yes, this is a self services for the workflow owner, but they must ensure that the new owner has:
- Admin-level sharing permission or higher on both the source and target sheet.
- A license on your Smartsheet plan and has DataMesh access toggled to on in the Admin Center.
Can you bulk transfer ownership of DataMesh configs for an org?
Yes, log a support ticket with the details of the user(s) you want to transfer from and to. The target user needs to have logged into DataMesh and have Admin access to the source and target sheets used by the configs.
Can you change the source or destination sheets once a workflow has been created?
No, a new workflow will need to be created if you want to change the source or destination sheets.
Can I add filters to narrow down what should be pulled from one sheet to the next?
While there is no filter option in the workflow builder, you can use a report as the source instead of a sheet. Add filters to your row report to only sync specific rows. just be sure to add in all the columns you need in the report as well.
How can I update the timezone shown in DataMesh?
Since DataMesh is a webapp, it uses your computer time, not your Smartsheet account time.
