Dynamic View bulk deleting views

System Administrators can bulk delete views instead of managing each view separately.

Before you start

To start the Advance Capabilities Evaluation, consider the following:

  • You must be a paid user
  • Your plan must have a named Representative
  • You must be a Smartsheet System Administrator
  • You must have access to Dynamic View capabilities

You can delete Dynamic Views in bulk as a System Administrator. This feature proves particularly beneficial if you utilize Dynamic View evaluations, known as Advance Capabilities Evaluations (ACE). By leveraging this feature, as a System Administrator, you streamline your process and enhance the management of your Dynamic Views.

Navigating to Dynamic View to delete views

  • Navigate down to Admin Controls

  • By selecting the Delete Views button, you receive a prompt asking if you want to delete all Dynamic Views. If you confirm by selecting Delete, all your Dynamic Views are removed.

At this time, you can only delete in bulk. Individual asset deletion or management for System Admins isn't available.
