UPS integration overview

Use the UPS integration to retrieve the latest shipment status for a UPS shipment or parcel using its tracking ID.

You can run workflows when a new tracking ID is added to another system. You can also gather up multiple tracking IDs with a scheduled workflow to automatically update your business systems with the latest shipment status.

Register the integration

  1. Authenticate with your UPS account to use the UPS integration.
  2. On the Integrations page in Bridge, find the UPS logo and click on it. In the pop-up window that displays, select Continue.
  3. In the next tab, enter your UPS username, password, and access key. You can request an access key from within your UPS account.
  4. Select Connect and close the pop-up window.
