UPS integration overview
Use the UPS integration to retrieve the latest shipment status for a UPS shipment or parcel using its tracking ID.
You can run workflows when a new tracking ID is added to another system. You can also gather up multiple tracking IDs with a scheduled workflow to automatically update your business systems with the latest shipment status.
Register the integration
- Authenticate with your UPS account to use the UPS integration.
- On the Integrations page in Bridge, find the UPS logo and click on it. In the pop-up window that displays, select Continue.
- In the next tab, enter your UPS username, password, and access key. You can request an access key from within your UPS account.
Select Connect and close the pop-up window.
