Share a WorkApp
It's easy to add people to your WorkApp in the builder.
- Select the Manage sharing icon in the upper-right corner of the WorkAppp builder.
- Select the role you’d like to assign, and then select the person or group in the dropdown list or type in their email address. You can add more than one person at a time.
- Select Done.
Anyone you added now has access to the WorkApp.
Select Manage roles in the Manage sharing screen to add new roles or edit existing ones.
Respond to a WorkApp access request
When someone requests access to your app, you're notified by email.
- Follow the link in the email, select Manage sharing, and select the role you’d like to provide.
- Add the requestor to that role and select Done.
