System Admins on multi-user accounts can use Admin Center to receive an Excel file with Login History via Email to view which users listed in your account have logged in recently.
- Access the Admin Center by entering your Smartsheet credentials at https://admin.smartsheet.com/
- Select the menu icon at the top-left corner to navigate to User Management.
- In User Management, select More Actions > Log in History.
- An automated email will be sent to your email address which will include a downloadable link to an Excel file that consists of your Users’ Email, Login Date/Time (UTC), Logout Date/Time (UTC), Login Result, User Agent, and Source IP.
