System Admins on Business or Enterprise accounts can use Admin Center to receive an Excel file with Login History via Email to view which users listed in your account have logged in recently.
- Access the Admin Center by entering your Smartsheet credentials at https://admin.smartsheet.com/
- Select the menu icon at the top-left corner to navigate to User Management.
- In User Management, select More Actions > Log in History.
- An automated email will be sent to your email address which will include a downloadable link to an Excel file that consists of your Users’ Email, Login Date/Time (UTC), Logout Date/Time (UTC), Login Result, User Agent, and Source IP.
