View login history
System Admins on Business or Enterprise accounts can use the Admin Center to receive an Excel file via email, containing login history. This file allows them to view which users listed in your account have logged in recently.
To view login history
- Access the Admin Center by entering your Smartsheet credentials at https://admin.smartsheet.com/
- Select the menu icon at the top-left corner and go to User Management.
- In User Management, select More Actions > Log in History.
- An automated email will be sent to your email address including a downloadable link to an Excel file that consists of the following:
- Users’ email
- Login date/time (UTC)
- Logout date/time (UTC)
- Login result
- User agent
- Source IP
The file will only show the last six months of the user's login history.
