There are four types of users in Content Automation.
- An Admin is a user that has unrestricted access to all areas within the platform. Admins are the only users that can add users, edit teams, and access the Account Settings tab.
- A Designer is a user who can build templates for the users within their organization. Designers have edit access to all projects and their documents and Admin access to the Assets and Templating tabs.
- An Author is a user with access to edit and change particular inputs and assets within a document based on a template the client created for use.
- An External Contributor is a user who is given temporary access to a document with the view to edit and make changes without having full access to the Content Automation platform and operates under a limited scope of use.
