Who can use this capability
Licensed Smartsheet users and unlicensed members in a paid org can access the Smartsheet customer support portal.
Troubleshooting: Unable to access the Smartsheet support portal
Understand who has access to the Smartsheet support portal, see common solutions, and find other resources.
Smartsheet users with a license on a Trial, Pro, Business, or Enterprise plan can submit a ticket and get technical support on the customer support portal.
Make sure that you should have access to the customer support portal. If you aren’t sure, check the Primary support location table in the Get online Help and support article.
Use the same username and password that you use to log into Smartsheet to access the support portal.
If you can access Smartsheet with the username and password but can’t access the portal, then use the Contact Smartsheet Support form.
If you can’t access Smartsheet with your username and password, you need to solve login issues or reset your Smartsheet password. See the Common login issues and how to solve them article. Follow the instructions and then try to access the support portal again.
If you can’t access the support portal, it's possible that your current plan doesn’t include access. Please check your plan for details.
If you don't have a Smartsheet account, please use the appropriate form to report issues or request help.
