USM Content
Paid Smartsheet users on a Pro, Business, or Enterprise plan, licensed Smartsheet Gov plan users, paid Brandfolder users, and paid Resource Management users can get technical support by submitting a ticket in the customer support portal.
Ensure you have access to the customer support portal. If you aren’t sure, check the Primary support location table in the Get online Help and support article.
You must use your Smartsheet or Brandfolder credentials to access the support portal.
If you can access Smartsheet with the username and password but can’t access the portal, plan, or seat type (user type in legacy model), include access, use the Contact Smartsheet Support form to get assistance.
Use the Get Help with Resource Management form if you’re a Resource Management user. If you can’t access Smartsheet with your username and password, you need to solve login issues or reset your Smartsheet password. See the Common login issues and how to solve them article. Follow the instructions and then try to reaccess the support portal.
If you can’t access the support portal, your plan may not include access. Ensure that you follow step one above before submitting a support request.
Visit our Use the customer support portal article to learn more about using our customer support portal.
