Access the Smartsheet support portal
Understand who can access the Smartsheet support portal, see standard solutions, and find other resources.

Smartsheet users on a Trial, Pro, Business, or Enterprise plan can get technical support by submitting a ticket in the customer support portal.
Ensure you should have access to the customer support portal. If you aren’t sure, check the Primary support location table in the Get online Help and support article.
You must use your Smartsheet credentials to access the support portal.
If you can access Smartsheet with the username and password but can’t access the portal, and your plan or user type includes access, use the Contact Smartsheet Support form to get assistance.
If you can’t access Smartsheet with your username and password, you need to solve login issues or reset your Smartsheet password. See the Common login issues and how to solve them article. Follow the instructions and then try to access the support portal again.
IMPORTANT: If you can’t access the support portal, your plan may not include access. Ensure that you follow step 1 above before submitting a support request.
