Who can use this capability
Licensed Smartsheet users and unlicensed members in a paid org can access the Smartsheet customer support portal. Editors and viewers on free accounts cannot file technical support requests.
Troubleshooting: Unable to access the Smartsheet support portal
Smartsheet customers and unlicensed users on paid plans (Trial, Pro, Business, and Enterprise) can submit a ticket and get technical support on the customer support portal.
Use the same username and password that you use to log into Smartsheet to access the support portal.
Notes:
- If you have Smartsheet login credentials but are not able to access the portal, use the Contact Smartsheet Support form.
- To solve login issues or to reset your Smartsheet password, see the Common login issues and how to solve them article.
- If you do not have a Smartsheet account, please use the appropriate form to report issues or request help.
