Free plan FAQ
My trial is about to end. What are my next steps?
At the end of your trial, you can select a Free plan or one of our paid plans. If you choose the Free plan you will have limited access to your Smartsheet content. Review the table at the top of this page for details.
What happens to my sheets after my trial ends?
You can select a free or paid plan at the end of your trial. If you choose the Free plan, you'll select the two sheets to which you want to maintain access; the remainder will become read-only until you upgrade.
The Free plan has no expiration date, but it does have limited capabilities, as detailed above.
How can I change which sheets are editable?
Delete a currently editable sheet. You can then select a different sheet as editable. Or, upgrade your plan to a paid plan to increase the number of sheets you can edit.
