Unable to log in: "Your browser is not supported..."

You can use a different browser or update to a supported version.

  • Pro
  • Business
  • Enterprise

If you try to log in to Smartsheet using an unsupported browser, you will receive a message similar to the following:

"Your browser is not supported...This webpage is not available...the page may be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address." 

To resolve this issue, do one of the following:

  • Update your browser version
  • Switch to a supported browser type and version
