Unable to Log in: "Your browser is not supported..."

After August 17, 2021 you will no longer be able to access Smartsheet using Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 web browser.

If you attempt to log in to Smartsheet using an unsupported browser, you will receive a message similar to the following:

 "Your browser is not supported...This webpage is not available...the page may be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address." 

To resolve this issue, update your browser version or switch to a supported browser type and version. For a list of supported browsers and versions, see Smartsheet System Requirements.
