Licensed users with Owner, Admin, or Editor permissions can upload a proof for review.
Any user type (including free users) can review and provide feedback on a proof.
Smartsheet for Photoshop, Adobe XD, Illustrator, and InDesign are integrations that allow you to find assignments and manage proofs directly from your Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
Without leaving your Creative Cloud app, you can:
To upload or manage proofs with the integrations, you must have access to proofing in Smartsheet and a license for Adobe Creative Cloud. For more information about proofing, see Use Proofing to Collaborate on Content.
Smartsheet integrations for Adobe Creative Cloud is compatible with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and XD for Mac and Windows devices.

To set up the integration, you’ll first install the plugin. Then enable it from Photoshop (Ps) or XD.
If your organization manages Adobe installations through your IT team, ask your IT team to add the plugin to the Adobe tools distribution package.
To add the Photoshop or XD plugin through the Adobe Creative Cloud Marketplace, follow the steps provided by Adobe in the Packages section of the Admin Console overview. Access details about the Smartsheet integrations for Adobe Creative Cloud on the Smartsheet Marketplace.
If you installed Adobe yourself instead of receiving it from your IT team, install the plugin for Ps here in the Creative Cloud Marketplace, the plugin for XD here in Creative Cloud Marketplace. You may need administrative rights on the computer you’re using to perform the installation. If you aren’t an admin of your computer, then you’ll want to work with your IT team to install the extension.

If you installed Adobe yourself instead of receiving it from your IT team, you can install the extension for Illustrator and InDesign from Adobe Exchange —as long as you have administrative rights on your computer. If you aren’t an admin on your computer, work with your IT team to install the extension.
Restart the applicable Adobe application
The integrations allow you to upload a new file, view column data, download attachments, and send collaborators proofing requests. Open the sheet and then select the row you want to work with.
