Use the workload heatmap and workload schedule directly in project sheets to view who is available and address overallocation.
In order to use the workload tracking features, you must have a Smartsheet Business or Enterprise plan OR if you have a Resource Management plan, all your plans must be using Smartsheet Authentication activated for Resource Management

*If you are a licensed Resource Management user, you can view the project in Resource Management.
Even if you cannot edit the project on the sheet because you are shared as Viewer or Commenter, if you have the appropriate permissions in Resource Management, then you can make changes to the project settings there.
In Resource Management, the details you can see about the project depend on your Resource Management permissions. If you are a member of the particular project or have the appropriate Resource Management permissions, you can see the project financial information, edit project settings, and run reports in Resource Management.
