Symptom

The Smartsheet login screen (https://app.smartsheet.com) shows this error message:

ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED

Cause

The issue could be related to proxy settings.

Resolution

Contact your IT team and have them add smartsheet.com to their bypass proxy list. They may wish to temporarily disable the use of the proxy or VPN service to see if this resolves the issue.
