With the WorkApps Collaborator Pack Monthly Usage tile, you can view the WorkApps collaborator usage and download a report that displays the list of individual paid collaborators who have accessed one or many apps shared to them in the current calendar month.

For more information on all the paid collaborators who have accessed at least one app in the current or prior months, you can download a report of paid collaborators on your plan:
Go to the Admin Center homepage and scroll to the WorkApps Collaborator Pack Monthly Usage tile. From here, you can view the monthly usage count.
The information that displays on the tile updates daily.

Select Get Usage report to download the latest report.

The report displays up to 13 months of usage information and refreshes the data every hour to provide the latest updates. It includes the following fields:

| WorkApps Collaborator | The email address of the user. | |
| Last App Accessed | The name of the app last accessed. | |
| App Owner | The email address of the App Owner. | |
| Last App Access | The Date/Time in UTC for last accessed time . | |
| Month | The most recent month for the last app accessed. | |
| Year | The year for the last app accessed. | |
| App Link | The link for the last app accessed. | |
| Total No of WorkApps Accessed in this month | The count of WorkApps accessed by this user in the current calendar month. | |
| Collab pack purchased at this time | The current purchased count for the organization. | |
