Microsoft Teams integration: Uninstall the Smartsheet bot

 Uninstall the Smartsheet bot to stop receiving alerts and action messages from Smartsheet in Microsoft Teams.

Who can use this?

  • Pro
  • Business
  • Enterprise

You must be an Admin on Microsoft Teams to approve the integration, but anyone can install and use the Smartsheet for Teams app.

You can remove the Smartsheet bot from either Teams or Smartsheet. To stop notifications in Microsoft Teams, choose one of the following methods.

From Microsoft Teams (desktop or mobile)

  1. Type unregister in a direct message to the Smartsheet bot.
  2. The bot confirms you've successfully unregistered and no longer sends direct messages to you.

From Smartsheet

  1. Select Account (your Profile image).
  2. Select Apps & Integrations. 
  3. In the apps list, go to Microsoft Teams and select Revoke.
