Learn how to remove attachments that are no longer relevant from your sheets or reports.

When you delete a file from a sheet or report, its removal is permanent — the action cannot be undone.
In the sheet or report, select the Attachments icon in the right sidebar and then:
Delete a single file
- In the Attachments panel's top bar, select the Row, Sheet, or All tab to filter an attachment.
- Select the Actions menu and select Delete File.
Delete multiple files
- In the Attachments panel's top bar, select the Row, Sheet, or All tab to filter on specific attachments.
- Check the boxes next to any attachments you want to delete.
- From the Actions dropdown at the top of the panel, select Delete Files.
