In some situations, when you attempt to access a Smartsheet form, you may receive the following error message:
This form has been deleted
You'll receive this message when any of the following are true:
- Someone has deactivated or deleted the form from Smartsheet.
- The form URL was somehow made invalid. This can happen, for example, if a third-party application alters the form URL in some way.
To gain access to the form, try the following:
- Contact the person who gave you the link to the form and ask them to confirm that the form is still active (that is, verify that the form has not been disabled or deleted). For more information about managing forms, see Collect Information with a Form.
- Copy the link to the form and then paste it into the address bar of a new browser window.
