=IF(ISCRITICAL([Task Name]@row),1,0)

value - The row at which a user would calculate the isCritical function
Examples

=IF(ISCRITICAL([Task Name]@row),1,0)

This formula will return a boolean value based on whether the row is on the critical path. If dependencies are not enabled, you may see  #BOOLEAN EXPECTED, #INVALID COLUMN VALUE error.  You can reference any column as the Value, as long as the row reference is the correct row to evaluate.
