Download or print your Content Automation reports dashboard

Content Automation reports can be downloaded and printed from the dashboard.

Find out if this capability is included in Smartsheet Regions or Smartsheet Gov.

Dashboard sheets can be downloaded and printed one at a time through the Content Automation platform. 

Download your dashboard as a PDF

Open the dashboard sheet that you'd like to download as a PDF. 

  1. Select the download icon in the top right. 
  2. Select Generate PDF. 
  3. A pop up appears: Working on your PDF. We'll let you know when it's ready. It will take a few minutes to prepare the PDF but you can prepare to download multiple dashboard sheets at a time. 
  4. Once the message Your PDF is ready appears, you can select Download now. 

Print your dashboard

Have the dashboard sheet that you'd like to print active.

  1. Select the download icon in the top right. 
  2. Select the Print option, then a dialogue box asking for the paper size and orientation will appear.
  3. Choose the paper size and orientation that you want to use from the options available.
  4. View the preview, then
    • Proceed to print by choosing Print to open your operating system's print dialog.
    • Make changes to the paper size or orientation, by choosing Configure.
