Get up and running with the Smartsheet mobile app

Get the app

• For Android, verify the required Android version in About this app. You can download it from Google Play.
• For iOS, verify the required iOS version under Information here. You can download it from the App Store.

After you install and launch the app, log in to an existing Smartsheet account or start a 30-day free trial.

To ensure you have full support from Smartsheet, you must be updated with the latest Smartsheet mobile app version.

Sign in to an existing account

If you have an existing Smartsheet account, log in to the Smartsheet mobile app through any of these login options:

• Smartsheet
• Single sign-on (This option is typically configured beforehand by your company).
• Google
• Apple
• Microsoft

Sign in with your Smartsheet account 

1. In the Enter your email address field, type the email address associated with your Smartsheet account.
2. Select Log In.
3. Enter your password, and then select Continue.

Sign in with single sign-on (SSO)

1. In the Enter your email address field, type the email address associated with your Smartsheet account.
2. Select Log In.
3. Select Your Corporate Account. Your company SSO login system connects with Smartsheet so that you can log in.

Sign in with your Google, Apple, or Microsoft account

1. On the login screen, select any of these options:
   • Continue with Google 
   • Continue with Apple
   • Continue with Microsoft
2. Then follow the login prompts.

Sign in to a Smartsheet.gov account

Organizations must have a multi-factor authentication method to log into Smartsheet Gov from the mobile app.

1. On the Smartsheet login screen, select Smartsheet Region > Gov. This lets you access your Gov account using your Smartsheet SSO. 

2. To return to the Smartsheet Commercial login screen, select I don't have a Smartsheet Gov account.

    

Sign in to a Smartsheet Regions account

• On the Smartsheet login screen, select Smartsheet Region > Europe.
