Get up and running with the Smartsheet mobile app
The Smartsheet mobile app is a companion to the Smartsheet desktop app. It lets you access and edit your Smartsheet data on your Android device, iPhone, or iPad while on the go.
Get the app
- Android requires OS 8.0 (Oreo) or later. Download from Google Play
- iOS requires iOS 15 or later. Download from App Store.
After you install and launch the app, you can log in to an existing Smartsheet account or start a 30-day free trial.
Log in to an existing account
If you have an existing Smartsheet account, you can log in to the Smartsheet mobile app through any of these login options:
- Smartsheet
- Single sign-on (SSO)
- This option is typically configured beforehand by your company.
- Apple
- Microsoft
If you will log in using your Smartsheet account
- In the Enter your email address field, type the email address associated with your Smartsheet account. Then select Log In.
- Enter your password, and then select Continue.
If you will log in using SSO
- In the Enter your email address field, type the email address associated with your Smartsheet account. Then select Log In.
- Select Your Corporate Account.
- Your company SSO login system will connect with Smartsheet, so you can log in.
If you will log in using your Google, Apple, or Microsoft account
- On the login screen, select any of these options:
- Continue with Google
- Continue with Apple
- Continue with Microsoft
- Then follow the login prompts.
If you have a Smartsheet.gov account
- On the Smartsheet login screen, select Smartsheet Region > Gov. This will let you access your Gov account using your Smartsheet user info or SSO.
- To go back to the Smartsheet Commercial login screen, select I don't have a Smartsheet Gov account.
If you have a Smartsheet Regions account
- On the Smartsheet login screen, select Smartsheet Region > Europe.
Upgrade your plan (iOS only)
If you don’t have an active subscription to Smartsheet, you can purchase a Pro plan right from the iOS app. There is a one-time charge associated with the Pro plan, which expires after 6 months.
Currently, Smartsheet for iOS only allows users to purchase a 6-month subscription to a Pro plan. If you want to upgrade to a different plan or have an automatically renewing subscription, log in to the Smartsheet desktop app.
To purchase a Pro plan from your iOS device
- In the upper-left corner of your screen, tap the Account icon.
Don’t see this icon? Navigate to your Home screen. - Tap Upgrade Account > Buy.
You’ll be prompted to enter your Apple ID credentials, and then, the payment option connected to your Apple ID will be charged.
