Resource Management in Smartsheet

Streamline your work by accessing the Resource Management features directly inside Smartsheet. All licensed Resource Management users who also use Smartsheet Authentication can access Resource Management directly inside Smartsheet. Select the Resource Management icon in the left panel to open Resource Management.

You can switch Resource Management accounts by selecting the drop-down next to the kebab menu in the upper right corner. You can adjust various account settings by selecting the kebab menu then Account Settings.

Select My Work to see your personal information including time and expenses, approvals, and activity. Select Reports to create reports and view all saved reports you have access to.

All other Resource Management capabilities remain the same.

Managed Resources and Unmanaged Resources are not licensed Resource Management users and, therefore, cannot access Resource Management.
