Custom fields aren’t showing up in the advanced filters drawer.

The advanced filters drawer has a cache of 5 days. If a custom field was recently added, it may take more time for it to populate in the advanced filters drawer. If you want this custom field to populate sooner, you can reach out to support for help resetting the cache. 

Error when deactivating multi-value custom fields

To deactivate multi-value custom fields, you need to update any custom field with more than one value. All custom fields should only have one value assigned.
