How many owners should an organization have?
An Organization must have at least one Owner assigned. The Owner has full control over the Organization and all Brandfolders contained within. It is highly recommended that you create more than one Owner for your Organization. You can have as many Owners as you have Admin seats on your plan.
Can you change the order sections appear?
Yes. To edit a section, you will select the pencil/paper icon. To the left of each section is a move-to button and a pencil/paper button. The move-to button allows you to reposition the sections in a different order, and the pencil/paper button also allows you to rename the section.
How do I add custom fields to the filter drawer?
Users can add up to five prioritized fields to the advanced filter drawer. To change a custom field to a prioritized one, go to Settings > Bulk Management > Custom Fields.
Why don’t all of the sections appear when you open a collection?
The only sections that appear have assets in that collection. For example, you can have a colors section but no colors assets in the collection. Then, the colors section won’t appear in the collection.
Can you customize the organization page’s environment/resource preview cards?
No - each user has a view of environment/resource card previews on an organization page corresponding to the user’s permissions on an organization's resources/environments.
