Legacy Collaborator Model
The User Subscription Model applies to new plans. Existing plans continue to use the Legacy Collaborator Model and associated pricing.
Starting June 24, 2024, all new Smartsheet plans use the User Subscription Model. The new Smartsheet subscription model helps customers realize more value by simplifying pricing, budgeting, and administration.
Existing Smartsheet plans continue to use the Legacy Collaborator Model until the first renewal after January 1, 2025. If you are on a multi-year plan, the new subscription model applies when your multi-year plan is up for renewal.
Until renewal, your plan will continue to use Legacy Collaborator Model pricing.
