Permissions

Admins, Designers, Authors, and Contributors in Content Automation can switch between their Content Automation accounts.

Within Content Automation, users can belong to multiple accounts using the same email address and password login information. A user will only belong to multiple accounts if an Administrator sets this up during account configuration.

How to switch accounts 

  1. Navigate to the bottom left corner of the general navigation area. Here you can view the account you are in currently.
  2. Select the kebab menu kebab menu next to your name on the bottom left-hand of your screen. This directs you to a menu with the option to Switch Accounts. Selecting this will lead you to a dropdown box with all accounts you can access
  3. You can now search for an account or click on any of the accounts listed in the drop-down menu to switch to another account.
  4. If you are already logged in, you can also change accounts by visiting the account’s subdomain. eg:http://example.outfit.io

 

Frequently asked questions

Why can I only see one account?

Only users with access to multiple accounts will be able to switch accounts. If there is an account you feel you should have access to that doesn't appear, please contact your administrator.
