Provide an email address for Content Automation template requests

Admins can provide an email address that displays to authors when their search or filters in the template library don't match any existing templates.

You can choose whether or not to provide an email for template requests. If no email address is defined, authors will be prompted to try a different search or combination of filters instead. 

1. Open Account Settings in the navigation menu.
2. Select General.
3. Under Template Library, in the template request email box, enter the email address you'd like to direct authors to email with template requests.
4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Save.
