How to leave feedback for Content Automation

Find out if this capability is included in Smartsheet Regions or Smartsheet Gov.

To provide feedback for the Content Automation team, follow these steps:

  1. Find the help menu by selecting the ? icon in the bottom right corner of the Content Automation platform.
  2. Select Submit a ticket. 
  3. Fill out the needed information to contact Brandfolder support. 
  4. Select Create Case.
