Download or print your Content Automation reports dashboard

Content Automation reports can be downloaded and printed from the dashboard.

Find out if this capability is included in Smartsheet Regions or Smartsheet Gov.

Dashboard sheets can be downloaded and printed individually through the Content Automation platform. 

Download your dashboard as a PDF

Open the dashboard sheet that you want to download as a PDF. 

  1. Select the download icon in the top right. 
  2. Select Generate PDF. 
  3. A pop-up appears: We're working on your PDF. We'll let you know when it's ready. Preparing the PDF takes a few minutes, but you can download multiple dashboard sheets at once. 
  4. Once the message Your PDF is ready appears, select Download now. 

Print your dashboard

You need to have the dashboard sheet that you want to print active.

  1. Select the download icon in the top right. 
  2. Select the Print option, then a dialogue box appears asking for the paper size and orientation.
  3. Choose the paper size and orientation you want from the available options.
  4. View the preview, then
    • Proceed to print by choosing Print to open your operating system's print dialog.
    • Change the paper size or orientation by choosing Configure.
