What to do if your account is suspended

If you try to access your account and see a message saying it's suspended, this article is for you.

If your account is suspended, the most common cause is a billing or payment issue. Find your situation in the table below and follow the steps to restore access.

If you're not sure why your account is suspended, look for the suspension notice that appears when you try to sign in, as it includes the specific reason. If you didn't see a notice when you tried to sign in, try opening Smartsheet in a different browser or a private/incognito window to see the full message.
