Who can use this capability
Smartsheet users in an organization that purchased Dynamic View can create views. Users must have at least Admin permissions on a source sheet or report to create a view from that source.
Edit a Dynamic View
Dynamic View allows you to share sections of your sheet or report without sharing the underlying source sheet.

Permissions:
Smartsheet users in an organization that purchased Dynamic View can create views. Users must have at least Admin permissions on a source sheet or report to create a view from that source.
Find out if this capability is included in Smartsheet Regions or Smartsheet Gov.
You can make changes exactly as if you're creating a new Dynamic View.
- Open Dynamic View.
- Sign in to Dynamic View with your Smartsheet credentials.
- Select Dynamic View from the top menu of a sheet or report. Then select Manage Dynamic Views.
- Select the Launcher, then select Dynamic View.
- Select the view you want to edit from any of the following pages:
- All Views: Any views you have access to
- My Views: Views you own
- Shared with Me: Views directly shared with you
- Shared with Group: Views shared with a group you’re part of
- In the upper-right corner, select the Settings icon.
- Make your adjustments and select, Save in the bottom right-hand corner.
