Remove a custom email domain

If you no longer want to use a custom email domain for Smartsheet notifications or you want to change that domain, you must first remove the custom domain.

Permissions:

  • System Admin

Find out if this capability is included in Smartsheet Regions or Smartsheet Gov.

To remove a custom email domain: 

  1. Log into Admin Center.
  2. Go to Branding & Personalization.
  3. On the Custom email domain tile, select Edit.
  4. In the top right corner of the right pane, select Remove domain Trash can delete icon
  5. Follow the instructions in the pop-up message.

    You cannot undo Remove domain

  6. Select Yes, remove to complete the process.
