Who can use this capability
You must be a Sys Admin on an Enterprise plan to work with custom email domains.
Remove a custom email domain
You can customize your account for all users to use your organization’s subdomain instead of the default Smartsheet domain for Smartsheet notification emails.
If you no longer want to use a custom email domain or you want to change that domain, you must first remove the custom domain.
To remove a custom email domain:
- Log into Admin Center.
- Go to Branding & Personalization.
- On the Custom email domain tile, select Edit.
- In the top right corner of the right pane, select Remove domain .
Follow the instructions in the pop-up message.
You cannot undo Remove domain.
- Select Yes, remove to complete the process.
