Remove a custom email domain

Who can use this capability

You must be a Sys Admin on an Enterprise plan to work with custom email domains.

If you no longer want to use a custom email domain or you want to change that domain, you must first remove the custom domain. 

To remove a custom email domain: 

  1. Log into Admin Center.
  2. Go to Branding & Personalization.
  3. On the Custom email domain tile, select Edit.
  4. In the top right corner of the right pane, select Remove domain Trash can delete icon
  5. Follow the instructions in the pop-up message.
    Important: You cannot undo Remove domain. 
  6. Select Yes, remove to complete the process.
