Capabilities included with Marketing+
Marketing+ provides the following additional capabilities:
- Proof Info Columns
- Increased File Upload Sizes
- Marketing Analytics
- Resource Analytics
Upload bigger files
With Marketing+, you have an increase in file upload sizes to 2GB. With this increase, you can upload larger marketing assets, go through the proofing/approval process, and ultimately push that approved content into Brandfolder.
File uploads through the API are not included. The API upload limit is 30MB.
With Marketing+, you can import operational and performance data from other online marketing tools and services into Smartsheet. This is done by configuring a workflow with filters and data mapping that imports relevant data from industry standard file types into a Smartsheet solution.
The way data is imported into Smartsheet will be custom for each customer, as marketing reports will vary widely across third party tools and services. Currently, Smartsheet provides the Marketing Analytics capability by activating Smartsheet’s Data Shuttle application within your Smartsheet instance. If you have not secured authorized use of Data Shuttle separately from the purchase of Marketing+, then you must use Data Shuttle only in connection with the Marketing+ capabilities.
With Marketing+, you can manage Resource Management projects in sheets, reports and dashboards by leveraging a built-in integration between Smartsheet and Resource Management.
The integration between Smartsheet and Resource Management leverages Smartsheet’s Bridge application. This integration requires that you secure authorized use of Resource Management separately from the purchase Marketing+. If you have not secured authorized use of Bridge separately from the purchase of Marketing+, then you must use Bridge only in connection with the Marketing+ capabilities.
