Share relevant files with all interested parties by attaching them to a workspace for multiple divisions of work.

Files attached to a workspace are available for all sheets, reports, and dashboards within the workspace, instead of being attached to a specific sheet. Workspace attachments only show the files connected to the workspace. If you need to find a file attached to a particular sheet, open that specific sheet.
Owners, Admins, and Editors of a workspace can add, version, or delete attachments. Anyone with access to the workspace can view and download attachments. You can send an attachment in an email to anyone with a valid email address.
Access files attached to a workspace
- Select Browse and then pick the workspace that has the attachments.
- Now choose the Attachments icon in the upper-right corner of the workspace.
The Workspace Attachments Summary window appears. Here, you can view, download, or add new versions of attachments.
Download a single attachment
Right-click the attachment in the Workspace Attachments Summary window, and select Download Selected File.
Download multiple attachments at once
In the Workspace Attachments Summary window, check the box next to each attachment and select Actions > Download Selected Files.
