If you no longer want to use a custom email domain for Smartsheet notifications or you want to change that domain, you must first remove the custom domain.

Персонализированный домен электронной почты

  1. Войти в Центр администрирования
  2. Фирменный стиль и персонализация
  3. On the Custom email domain tile, select Edit.
  4. In the top right corner of the right pane, select Remove domain Trash can delete icon. 

  5. Follow the instructions in the pop-up message.

    You cannot undo Remove domain. 

  6. Select Yes, remove to complete the process.
