Please include relevant details such as the number of licenses to remove, names of add-ons or connectors to remove, or any other information that will help us expedite your request.

Smartsheet Billing will not be able to process your request until the number of assigned licenses on your account is less than or equal to the number of licenses that you will be paying for.

A System Admin for your account can adjust license assignments from User Management in the Admin Center. For more detailed instructions, see Admin Center: Add, Edit, and Delete Individual Users with User Management.
