Tips on adding users

  • You must input a user's full email if sending invitations for the first time.
  • You need to separate multiple emails with a comma.
  • If a user is already in the system and part of your organization, their address auto-populates when you type in their email address. 
  • Use the arrow keys to locate the correct user and select enter. Alternatively, you can click on their email in the list to select them.
  • Hover over a pre-existing user's name to reveal their entire email.
  • Users can select x next to their name or backspace to remove an email from the invite list.
  • Users in pending invites and access requests don't appear in the dropdown list of pre-existing users.

All invitations expire after 30 days. If the user you invited doesn’t accept within this period, you must send a new one. 

Troubleshooting

Error stating you are over the Admin limit when trying to add an Admin

If you have a pending Admin invite that hasn’t been accepted or deleted, it may prevent you from adding additional Admins. Pending invites essentially reserve the spot and stop you from inviting another Admin. To fix this, check your pending invite list to see if you have any outstanding invites. 

Error accepting access requests in bulk

This happens when one of the email addresses that requested access isn’t valid. Look through the list of emails and verify if there are any invalid email addresses.
