Tips on adding users

  • You must input a user's full email if sending invitations for the first time.
  • Multiple emails will need to be separated with a comma.
  • If the user is already in the system and part of your organization, you can start typing their email, which will populate automatically.
  • Use the arrow keys to locate the correct user and select enter, or you can also click on their email in the list to choose the user.
  • Once a pre-existing user is selected for an invite, you can hover over their name to reveal their entire email.
  • Users can select x next to their name or backspace to remove an email from the invite list.
  • Users in pending user invites and access requests will not appear in the dropdown list of pre-existing users.

Troubleshooting

Error stating you are over the admin limit when trying to add an admin

If you have a pending invite for an admin that has not been accepted or deleted, this can prevent you from adding other admins. Say you have 4/5 admins actively on the account, but you have one pending invite for an admin. This will essentially reserve that space and prevent you from inviting another admin. Check your pending invite list to see if you have any outstanding invites to admins or collaborators.

Error accepting access requests in bulk

This happens when one of the email addresses that requested access is not a valid email address. Look through the list of emails and verify if there are any invalid email addresses.
