The error "File does not exist" appears when uploading assets
This error usually means the file is flagged as a duplicate.
Ask your account Admin to check the deleted assets page and look for Duplicate detection as the reason there.
This means the file is an exact match for something that already exists in your Brandfolder.
Inaccurate asset count
Brandfolder gets the counts of some elements directly from our database, which is updated daily.
If your asset count is off, check back the next day to see an updated number.
Asset stuck in processing
Assets can be stuck in processing or fail processing for a variety of reasons.
