Add assets to your Brandfolder troubleshooting

File does not exist error when uploading assets

This error usually means the file was flagged by duplicate detection. Ask your account Admin to check the deleted assets page. If so, duplicate detection appears as the reason here. That means the file is an exact match for something that already exists in the Brandfolder.

Inaccurate asset count

The counts of some elements in Brandfolder are being pulled from our database which is updated daily. If you are seeing the asset count off, check back the next day and it should be more accurate.

Asset stuck in processing

Assets can be stuck in processing or fail processing for a variety of reasons. If this happens, please reach out to support for assistance.
