Why can’t I search all my tags in the filter drawer?
For performance reasons, the search field for tags in the filter drawer is limited to the first 1000 tags.
To search for tags, use the main search bar. The format is tags.strict:(“logo “product” “shots” “image”).
What doesn't count as an asset?
Different file formats of an asset added as an attachment don't count against your asset count. For example, if you add a logo and then include additional file formats as attachments to that logo, they don't count against your asset count.
The links you put in under the name of your Brandfolder aren't counted as assets. Feel free to link to as many related websites and social profiles as possible!
Why doesn’t the text asset type have a thumbnail?
Text/Information assets don't include asset thumbnails but show a preview of the text instead.
How do I turn on AI tagging?
Navigate to Settings > General settings > Advanced. Then, ensure Auto Tagging is enabled. All AI-generated tags have a dashed border.
I just uploaded an asset and it disappeared. Where is the asset?
If an asset was deleted as soon as it was uploaded, it means that it was deleted by duplicate detection. This means that there was a pixel-by-pixel match of another asset already living in Brandfolder. You can confirm this by reaching out to an Admin or support to verify on the Manage Deleted Assets page to see if the asset was deleted by duplicate detection.
