Hootsuite integration

Find, view, and use Brandfolder assets when building posts in Hootsuite.

Hootsuite users can efficiently search for and select attachments from Brandfolder to embed images in the digital asset management into Hootsuite-published social posts.

Set up the integration

  1. Visit the Hootsuite app space and download the Brandfolder app.
  2. Create a new post and select Brandfolder from the Media Library dropdown. 
  3. Once you select Brandfolder, input your Brandfolder API key. 
  4. Select, Submit. 
  5. In folders, select the desired Brandfolder.
  6. Scroll through your assets or use search to find your desired asset. 
  7. Select the asset you want to use.
  8. Select your post location, add text if necessary, and select Schedule for later or Post now. 

You can’t update assets utilized in Hootsuite through CDN links. Once in a post, Hootsuite transforms the CDN link into a static one.
