Contact sheets

If you and your team are looking for an easy way to print assets for evaluation and approval, contact sheets are a great way to enhance in-person collaboration.

Plans:

  • Brandfolder

Permissions:

  • Owner

  • Administrator

 

Find out if this capability is included in Smartsheet Regions or Smartsheet Gov.

Create a contact sheet

To create a contact list: 

  1. Select the assets you want to share. 
  2. Select Share in the Bulk Actions Toolbar.
  3. Select Open in new tab to navigate to the share link URL.
  4. Select the print button. This creates a nicely formatted contact sheet that can be shared or printed.
