Our Content Automation platform enables you to log in directly after setting up your account with us. This will be a standard login for the majority of users. Organizations can log in via direct login and single sign-on (SSO). 

How to log in via direct login

  1. Visit the web address of your account subdomain - [myaccount].outfit.io
  2. Type in your account email address in the email section.
  3. Type in the password you have created.
  4. Select Log in.

How to log in via single sign on (SSO)

  1. Visit the web address of your account subdomain - [myaccount].outfit.io
  2. Select the Via SSO option.
  3. Select the green Log in via Single Sign On button. 
  4. This will transfer you to your company login page, where you can log in directly.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I'm having trouble logging in?

If you've tried to log in with an incorrect password too many times, your account will lock. You can request unlock instructions to regain access to your account by selecting Account locked or didn't receive unlock instructions.

Choose Forgot your password below the login button. You'll receive a link after you provide the email address linked to your account, allowing you to reset your password. If you don't receive a new password, select Didn't receive confirmation instructions

Is my Content Automation login connected to my Brandfolder or Smartsheet login?

No. 

What next steps should I take if I run into an error when logging in?

If the error is a 500 server error with an outfit logo, please contact the support team. For all other errors, please contact your organization’s IT team.
