Who can use this capability

Owners and Administrators can send messages to all users of a Brandfolder or Organization.

Update users by sending messages through Brandfolder.

Sending a messageA screenshot of the messaging experience which includes an area to select the resource, a dropdown for recipients, and an area to type your message.

  1. Select the message option in the invite users area. 
  2. Fill out the following fields:
    1. Resource: Select the resource(s) you want your users to be associated with to receive the message.
    2. Recipients: Select the type of user within that resource that you would like to receive the message (Guest, Collaborator, or Admin). 
    3. Message: Type the message you would like to send to the specific type of user in the particular resource you designated. 
  3. Select, Send message. 
  4. Messages will be sent to the designated user. They will appear in their notification center.
