There is not a direct integration between Jira and Resource Management. Smartsheet can work as a connector between Jira and Resource Management in a limited capacity (due to associated risks, we do not recommend this). You can map information from Jira and Resource Management to the same sheet in Smartsheet. However, due to the differences in how the platforms interpret data (specifically end dates), mapping between the two platforms is not guaranteed.

If you have a solution that requires using Smartsheet to connect Jira and Resource Management, you can contact your account representative to discuss having our consulting services team help you build something.
