Who can use this capability

Licensed Smartsheet users who have a Smartsheet University All Access subscription can use the training resources described in this article.

The Smartsheet University All Access Subscription provides licensed users with full access to eLearning courses and Instructor-Led Training sessions.  

To access Smartsheet University: 

Log in to Smartsheet University with the email address associated with your Smartsheet account to access any training materials. 

  • eLearning: Licensed users have access to our eLearning catalog for the duration of their Smartsheet University All Access Subscription. Users must have internet connectivity to access training with certain course content. PDFs are available for download.  
  • Instructor-led training: Licensed users have access to all Instructor-Led Training sessions in the catalog for the duration of their Smartsheet University All Access Subscription. If you are no longer able to attend an event for which you have registered, you can reschedule for a future date. All attendees will receive a class recording link which can be reviewed up to 30 days from the scheduled class date. 

Smartsheet University All Access content is subject to change. Training materials are updated to stay current with improvements, updates, and other changes to the applicable Smartsheet product. All materials are in English.
