Add Leave Time to the Schedule

To add leave time to a person on the Schedule, click on the row and date where you want to add the leave. Choose one of the orange Leave Types at the very bottom of the list. Administrators can create additional leave types in Account Settings. The new assignment will always default to 100% for 1 week. You can drag the assignment handles if you need to adjust the leave duration, and click on the leave assignment if you need to adjust the allocation.

As opposed to Holidays and Weekends, 10,000ft does not automatically subtract hours assigned to a Leave Type from availability calculations. We consider the hours scheduled towards a Leave Type as hours that would have been available to put towards other projects had the employee not been scheduled for the Leave time.
