Who can use this capability

This feature is for Brandfolder and Smartsheet users who use the same email to login to both platforms. 

 

Find out if this capability is included in Smartsheet Regions or Smartsheet Gov.

Sign in with Smartsheet

You can sign into your Brandfolder using your  Smartsheet login credentials.

Permissions

This feature is for Brandfolder and Smartsheet users who use the same email to login to both platforms. 

 

Find out if this capability is included in Smartsheet Regions or Smartsheet Gov.

You need to have accounts with both Brandfolder and Smartsheet to use this feature. If you choose to login with Smartsheet and you do not have an active Brandfolder account, you will receive an error message.

If you have a Brandfolder account and a Smartsheet account that both use the same email address, then you can sign in to Brandfolder using your Smartsheet credentials. 

  • On the Brandfolder sign in page, select Sign in with Smartsheet. This will redirect you to the Smartsheet login page.
  • You can continue to use your existing Brandfolder credentials. This feature is a second sign in option to help consolidate your accounts.
  • If you choose this option but you have SAML/SSO set up for your Brandfolder account, then you will still be directed through the Brandfolder SAML flow after you go through the Smartsheet login flow.
