Активировать проверку подлинности Smartsheet

If you have not yet connected your account to Smartsheet,

1. Откройте Resource Management. Выберите Параметры > Параметры учётной записи.
2. On the Account Settings page, on the Smartsheet Integration tab, select Activate Smartsheet Authentication.
3. Sign into the Smartsheet organization that you wish to use for Smartsheet Authentication.

If your account is already connected to Smartsheet,

1. Откройте Resource Management. Выберите Параметры > Параметры учётной записи.
2. On the left menu, scroll down to the Authentication tab.
3. On the Authentication page, select Activate Smartsheet Authentication.
4. Sign into the Smartsheet organization that you wish to use for Smartsheet Authentication. 

Smartsheet SysAdmins are added automatically as Resourcing Admins in Resource Management when they access Resource Management. It’s best practice to have at least two people who are both a Resourcing Admin on Resource Management and a System Admin on Smartsheet.

To switch all users from email/password login to Sign in with Smartsheet, ask everyone on your plan to sign out of Resource Management then log back in using Sign in with Smartsheet. 

With Smartsheet Authentication activated, Resource Management and Smartsheet accounts are connected. Resource Management users can sign in with Smartsheet and be part of any Smartsheet plan, provided they are paid users in the connected Resource Management plan.

User Auto Provisioning (UAP) for Resource Management

When you activate UAP for Resource Management, users are automatically added to your organization. You don't need to send invitations. All users default to Portfolio Reporter permissions.

When to use UAP for Resource Management

Auto-provisioning works best when you want all users to have the same permission level and all users to be paid users.

Don't use UAP if you manage resources or want to assign different permission levels to each user. Instead, invite your users via email.

Activate UAP for Resource Management

1. Войти в Resource Management
2. Select Account Settings > Authentication.
3. Check the Autoprovision checkbox. 
4. Optional: Select a default role from the dropdown.

Profile updates

When your account uses Smartsheet Authentication, basic identity fields such as profile picture, name, email, and office/cell phone numbers are managed in Smartsheet and locked in Resource Management. Any updates you make to contact information in Smartsheet will automatically reflect in Resource Management. Learn more about updating contact information for others or yourself in Smartsheet.
